Union Pacific Engine #4014<\/a> otherwise known as ‘Big Boy’, the largest steam locomotive ever built was in my town recently. I had the great opportunity to take my 84 year old Father to see it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We weren’t allowed to get very close to the engine but could still understand the magnitude of the machine from our viewpoint. We didn’t get to see it in action but they did have it steaming and blew the very loud whistle several times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
